A deliberative and collegial body tasked with advancing the Company’s interests, ensuring its sustainability, and maximizing shareholder value.
Composed of executives appointed by the Board of Directors, with a one-year term and eligibility for reelection. Responsible for executing the strategy set by the Board, with a strong emphasis on operational efficiency and the adoption of best practices in governance and integrity.

Aegea is committed to maintaining safe and healthy environments, both internally and externally. Through the INTERAGE EHS (Environment, Health and Safety) Management Program, Aegea formalizes policies, guidelines and procedures aimed at preserving lives, reducing accidents and conserving the environment, in addition to monitoring and controlling risks, aiming for continuous improvement and maintaining adherence to international standards.

Integrity Program

The Integrity Program is a set of tools, guidelines and formal management practices. These fronts guide the behavior of everyone who works for or represents Aegea, ensuring the company’s compliance, principles and values. Through continuous actions of prevention, detection, and monitoring of conduct that is not in accordance with the Code of Ethics and Conduct and with Laws and Regulations, the Program aims to help in the development of a culture aligned with the Company’s values, as well as in building a sustainable corporate business environment.

Policies and Code of Ethics and Conduct

Aegea has developed detailed policies that guide its actions in daily operations. Its employees have access to the Code of Ethics and Conduct and the Ethics Channel and participate in continuous training to promote a culture of integrity, consolidating the adoption of best practices.

ISO 37001

Aegea was a pioneer in the sanitation sector by achieving, in December 2018, the ISO 37001 certification – Anti-Bribery Management System. This achievement reaffirms the company’s commitment to transparency and the fight against corruption. To ensure compliance and strengthen its culture of integrity, the company undergoes periodic audits and adopts continuous preventive measures. The support of Senior Leadership is essential to ensure a solid and inspirational culture.

100% Transparency Movement

Aegea joined the 100% Transparency Movement with the Global Compact Network Brazil, which aims to align companies with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the UN 2030 Agenda, encouraging corporate practices that go beyond legal obligations and strengthen integrity and transparency within organizations. Aegea is one of the Movement’s Ambassador companies and has the mission of engaging other organizations in the fight against corruption, in addition to meeting previously established goals.

Ethics Channel

Aegea’s Ethics Channel allows employees, contractors, suppliers, customers and other stakeholders to submit reports anonymously and securely. All reports are reviewed confidentially by a specialized team to ensure the protection of whistleblowers, witnesses, and all parties involved.

The reporting channel provides case follow-up and guarantees that appropriate measures are taken. This is another pillar of the governance and transparency policy, reaffirming Aegea’s commitment to integrity.

The service is carried out 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Reports can be submitted through our website or via a toll-free telephone line, and you are not required to identify yourself.
