Respeito Dá o Tom Program

As part of our forward-looking vision and corporate responsibility, Respeito Dá o Tom (Respect Sets the Tone), launched in 2017, is our diversity program focused on promoting racial equality and gender equity. We work on hiring, talent development, awareness-building, and engagement within these topics in all regions where we operate.

Aegea Trainee Program

Our trainee program has the mission of developing, training, and integrating talents for the future of sanitation. Conducted semi-annually, it is aimed at recent graduates, who are eager to grow with purpose.
