The Afluentes Program aims to promote the integration of residents’ associations and the company, seeking to establish an open channel of communication with the community. Through the relationship with community leaders, the company approaches the residents, meet their needs and hear suggestions and opinions on the services provided. Currently the program is carried out by several concessions of Aegea.
In addition to a personalized service to community leaders, conducted by the team of Social Projects, the program’s actions include: visits to residents’ associations; lectures in the neighborhoods; and meetings with representatives of the Company. Leaders are invited to participate in important events for the community they represent, such as launches and inauguration of works.
Among the highlights of the Afluentes Program are the monthly meetings held at dealerships with the presence of directors and managers. In addition to taking stock of investments and actions taken in the city, meetings are an opportunity to ask questions, listen and offer a response to community requests. Since 2012, the program has expanded its scope of action and began to promote visits to the premises of the dealerships not only for leaders, but also for ordinary residents. In 2014, the program made 2,500 calls to community leaders, seeking solutions to the communities where it is applied.
